For the Dodo Seaplane, remember to complete a Random Event before using the cheat code to spawn it.
Is there a flying cheat in GTA 5?
In GTA 5, there is no cheat for flying. Unlike previous games in the franchise, like GTA San Andreas, where you could use a cheat to make cars and boats fly, this option is not available in GTA 5.
If you want to soar through the skies in GTA 5, you’ll need to acquire a plane, Jet, or helicopter within the game, as these are the only ways to take to the air.
